Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) 92bet account only. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether in the same name, different names, or using different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. 92bet employs technical and investigative measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, all such accounts will be closed and all associated balances forfeited without exception.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92bet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify 92bet of any unauthorised access. 92bet recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account and PKR balance.
92bet reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any account holder at any time, and specifically prior to processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification (CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 92bet may result in account suspension and/or withholding of withdrawals.
92bet accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are transacted in PKR. No currency conversion is applied within the platform. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred on the side of their chosen payment provider.
92bet accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Deposits are credited to the player's account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 92bet does not charge deposit processing fees; however, fees applied by the player's payment provider are outside 92bet's control and are the player's sole responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed by 92bet within standard operational timeframes. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals are only permitted to payment accounts that are registered in the same name as the 92bet account. Third-party payment is not permitted. All bets are accepted at 92bet's sole discretion. 92bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet from any player without explanation. A bet is only confirmed once a written confirmation message is received within the platform. Acceptance is not guaranteed until this confirmation is displayed.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and event and are displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of bet placement. 92bet reserves the right to impose individual account stake limits at any time.
All casino games available on the 92bet platform — including live dealer games, slot titles, and table games — are supplied by licensed third-party game providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or communication failure during a game session, 92bet reserves the right to void the relevant game round and return the bet stake to the player's balance. In cases where game data has been lost and cannot be recovered, the last verifiable game state shall be used for settlement. 92bet's decision on malfunction settlements is final.
Live casino table limits are displayed within each live game lobby prior to joining the table. Limits range from PKR 200 minimum per hand/spin up to PKR 500,000 per hand for select high-roller baccarat tables. Bonus funds that remain unplayed are subject to expiry in accordance with the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the player's account without compensation.
